These 45 mins sessions are designed to develop cycling skills, confidence and fitness levels through adaptive cycling using our range of specialist bikes and are available for young people and adults (young people must be accompanied by an adult).  Participants can be accompanied around Cooper Park, so bring your own bike and cycle with them.

Due to infection risk during Covid times, we are unable to pilot adult wheelchair users, so they will need to bring someone from their bubble to pilot them.
