Archery & Raft Building
9 August :10:00 am - 3:30 pm£25.00
Working together, participants will work out the best way to plan, design and build their own raft before taking it on the water to test it out! Participant will be learning about knots, planning, construction and organisation, all whilst having plenty of fun and who knows whether the raft will float at the end of the day!
Archery is the art, sport, practice, or skill of using a bow to shoot arrows. The word archery comes from the Latin arcus for bow and was historically used for hunting and combat, but now it’s a merely a popular sport and is even included in the Olympics.
