Rafting is an exciting and adrenaline-filled way to explore rivers and participants will spend the day on River Spey, negotiating its bends and rapids, learning new skills or improving those of more advanced paddlers.
We want to enable families to get outdoors and learn together, so this is session is available to adults to participant in with their young people and share the experience; whether that’s mum, dad, granny, grandad, auntie, uncle or guardian. Age is just a number!

Time: 9.30am to 4pm
Meeting point: Outfit Moray
Available to young people and families aged 8+. Families only, no unaccompanied young people or adults without young people!
We will provide all the necessary equipment (inc wetsuits where appropriate) but please make sure everyone is appropriately dressed in suitable, warm clothing, is wearing sturdy footwear and has the following with them:
- Backpack (can be provided)
- Packed lunch
- Water bottle
- Swimwear (water-based activities)
- Towel and change of clothes (if appropriate)
Attendance will be consistent with the advice from the Scottish Government regarding COVID-19 Any participants or household members MUST NOT be displaying any known COVID-19 symptoms. Outfit Moray will follow Scottish Government guidelines to ensure the risk of community transmission of COVID-19 is as low as reasonably practical.
